There's something fishy going on...
Who wants to know where that handmade silk fish bag is from? + 13 other fishy finds, all from small brands, the kind of prized catch not everyone has on their menu.
Hi!
I’m back with a very inspired brain and a very full heart after the most delightful week away in Copenhagen and Sweden (the latter for the wedding of a dear best friend).
The tiredness / wedding blues have set in this week (anyone else get that, even though it’s not your own wedding?) and I owe you a Copenhagen post to tell you all about it… and show you my shopping!
In a nutshell, my overall thoughts are, as with every other time I’ve visited, WHEN CAN I MOVE THERE?

But! I will get on to that next week when I have a little more time as we have another short week here as we’re packing up again for a few days of family plans back North (I love summer plans, but do enjoy a weekend off in-between… the old lady that I am).
In the meantime, I can’t shake the feeling something fishy’s been going on this summer…
You may be seeing fish themes everywhere but some particular poissons have caught my I-DO-NOT-WANT-THE-SAME-AS-EVERYONE-ELSE eye…
Gold Fish
The humble gold fish gets a glow-up! éliou x Ciao Lucia | Grove Necklace | £146 - I love this collab, a little cluster of four ocean treasures! All handmade in Miami by éliou (one of my longtime fave fun summer brands).
Fish Bone
This may be even cooler, when in Miami and all - éliou | Bone Necklace | £242.
Catch of the day
Surely this shirt is the perfect accompaniment to a seashore seafood spread? Not a fish as such but you might catch a few shells - Tombolo | 'Sand Dollar Stimulus' Shirt Orange | £124 (also comes in blue).
Silky Salmon
Is this the best bag you’ve ever seen? For me, I think so! I cannot tell you my excitement at discovering this single-handed New York maker…
