The small summer brand I'm all over
Bloomers, buttery yellows, puff sleeves, bags, babydolls, mama and mini - think Doen meets Fruity Booty (if you follow my drift).
Hola!
I’ll keep this one relatively quick as the sun is shining this week (praise be) and we all want to embrace it as much as we possibly can (squinting at the laptop screen in the garden anyone?).
Obviously the thought of summer has given me a need for lighter clothing and I’ve been dreaming of easy-breezy-cool-n-cute… and it’s as if all my dreams have been answered when I recently rediscovered this brand!
I actually found them last year, but later in summer, so didn’t fully commit, but a pair of bloomers popping up on my Instagram last week pleasantly reminded me all about them. At the perfect sunshiney timing.
They have some key high (hot) summer pieces I am ready to devour! Just stick a cherry on top (by that I mean a bright glossy lip).
Want to see what’s on my wishlist?
Yes, this may B the most perfect summer set. That soft citrine yellow; I am way more a lemon than a butter yellow fan, trust me, there’s a difference.
Before I forget let me mention that everything is made from recycled or organic fabrics, with most pieces being pima cotton (a softer, silkier, smoother cotton).
The babydoll blouse I will love to wear for rain or shine, so cute with shorts, but also a winner with jeans. Organic cotton and just look at those subtle design details - double layer sleeves for a bit of a ruffle, the pleated neckline, the lace bust detailing - swoon!
Bloomin’ lovely. For the beach / super hot London heatwave I can 100% get on board with a bloomer short - and do try them, the puffy shape is actually very flattering on the thighs!
I also love the look teamed with that above loose flowing babydoll blouse. Or, under a short smock dress… oh, look, they have one!
And this midi dress looks right up my summer street.
Oh, and did I mention they’ve just added mini too, in just a few matching styles. Too sweet!!
