Shopping Secret(s)... British knitwear edit. Oh! And a surprise sailor hat
Getting this in there before it's too late, although I do love knits for spring. For that special, short-lived time of year of sitting outside in a knit... sans coat!
I haven’t been able to get these creations off my mind recently so thought I’d give you a little edit of the British knitwear brands I have on my radar right now. More Shopping Secrets for you!
I know we’re looking ahead to frolicking around in warmer weather now, but lets be honest, spring knits are an essential. Some I end up wearing all year round too, for those long summer days when sunshine turns to sundowners 😎
Or for that very special short time of year when you can sit outside the pub, in a glimmer of sunshine, with a great knit on but your coat off. This happens briefly for us in the UK, for a couple of weeks twice a year in spring and autumn (sprinter and sautumn if you will).
Sigh. The best days. They’re coming!
This is my work and takes up all my week preparing these articles (really! It’s not as easy as you’d think. My social life believes me). The biggest thank you to paid subscribers for recognising this and making this newsletter possible… you can’t buy style but you can buy this 😂
