In-between styles I've loved this week (including the bits you can shop)

No longer scorching summer, not yet cosy autumn, I'm feeling in a bit of a pickle, that's the September mood I'm in. Don't know what to wear? Here's some inspo from some of my friends and faves.

Back to school or too cool for school?

I’ve been feeling in a bit of a funny mood of late, I always get this weird September feeling, as much as I’d like the shiny new shoes, refreshed, ready to achieve something and take on the world feeling… I just don’t get this myself.

I get confused instead, I panic about where the year has gone (seriously, this one especially, WTFH) and I never want summer to end (especially since ours only seemed to get started in August in the UK).

I personally don’t accept sunshine season is officially over until the start of October. I also love a late September holiday for a final summer hurrah, so until then I just can’t fully transition seasons / mindset!

So, Im stuck in a bit of a style rut!

Trying not to buy anything new (until I get into autumn mode, when I’m back from some late summer sun in a week) but lookin’ and lovin’ some other peoples’ wardrobes… with that in mind I’m showing you some styles I’ve saved recently that are all BIG love but a bit in-between / wear now wear later. Easy!

One of my style faves, loves a colour combo, a print clash, and always accessorises to perfection (she’s very lovely too). How good is this look for now…

Cornish cuties! I’ve loved these La Veste trousers for a long long time. They come in eight great colours, and I love each one so much I’ve never quite settled on a favourite - La Veste | Pippi Pants 04 | £168.

If only I could pull off a head scarf.

Off on a tangent here for a hot minute (when am I not!) but since I was on La Veste I can very much see myself in this come Nutcracker season… Leonor Jacket Velvet Red | £331.
