Arket is looking so good right now 💚💗💙💛

Why is there so much stuff I want! The pink dip-dye dress, the grass green shoes, the stripe tees, the mesh bag, the sculptural shapes, the denim & the silk anorak (yes, you read that right).

The sunshine makes us want to shop!

It’s true. It may sound old-school compared to all the data / marketing stats buyers, brands etc. now have easy access to, but good weather = good mood = good feels = WHAT DO I HAVE TO WEAR?

This week I just can’t stop finding things I think will look amazing in the sunshine, for all summer long. 500 days of sunshine (well, it was until this British bank holiday).

I gave you a load of lovely things earlier this week, but then Arket suddenly caught my attention and from what I could see, with the sun glinting in my eyes (on Friday), it’s GOOOD.

Here’s a little selection of what I loved

Arket | SILK DRESS | £179 - I’m feeling a slight Jacquemus vibe.

Arket | PLATFORM MULES | £189 - with that dress as per the above. With denim. With midi skirts. With mini’s. With tailored or linen trousers. With everything.

Arket | SCULPTURAL MINI DRESS | £87 - available in black too, summer chic. 😎

Arket | LINEN SHIRT DRESS | £97 - also comes in blue/white stripe, I’m torn between both colours.

Arket | MESH BAG | £47 - Beach / picnic / gym / grocers / doggy day out bag.

Arket | LINEN PLAYSUIT | £57 - summer playtime: trust me, when it’s HOT, there is nothing comfier than an adult baby romper like this (I had an old orange Topshop one for years). Also comes in a tan / rust colour (which with a tan I might prefer).

Arket | ALBA HEAVYWEIGHT T-SHIRT | £29 - Colour combo. When you need a basic white top, but not too basic, and not too white.

Arket | LILY LIGHTWEIGHT T-SHIRT | £17 - I’m going for this colour combo to wear with a big bold orange skirt I’ve got. Or, to dress down a black sequin mesh skirt I wore a lot last year.

Arket | LINEN-COTTON DRESS | £77 - the shape, the length, the stripes. Easy breezy.

Arket | FISHNET BALLET FLAT | £57 - green or red is the dilemma!

Arket | LUPINE PATCH POCKET SHORTS | £57 - I enjoy the different shape on these denim shorts, a little classier / sportier / Princess Di, don’t you think?

Arket | TIE-FRONT COTTON BLOUSE | £77 - something a little French chic about this, non?

Arket | TIE-BAND DENIM OVERSHIRT | £87 - a similar denim version, summer needs a shacket. I’m thinking this teamed with leopard jeans or shorts.

Arket | LEATHER BALLET FLATS | £149 - they have my name all over them.

Arket | CORD-COLLAR DENIM JACKET | £139 - this is the jacket I really want, o’course it’s sold out except for one larger size but I’m awaiting a come back!

Arket | HOODED ANORAK | £149 - a bit of a rogue one here with a silk blend butter yellow anorak, but this could B what every summer gal needs in case of rain!

I just think this looks far more designer / expensive than it is and it could look so cool styled right.

There’s also matching shorts… they remind me a little of those Donni ones I gave you the other week in here.
